In-Person Workshop

Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 1:00-3:00 PM ET: Click here to register

In this therapeutic art workshop, you will be guided through creating visual reflections of 7 types of rest (a framework based on the work of Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith). This 2-hour in-person session is tailored to support artists and will include a mix of discussion, art-making and group sharing. This is a dedicated space to explore the role of rest in your practice and discover ways you can integrate rest into your life.

Therapeutic art-making is a practice where you get to focus on the process of self-expression and discovery among a community of peers.

This workshop is for artists of all disciplines
