Our workshop is designed to guide artists through an exploration of mental health, aiming to demystify common conditions, discuss societal and self-imposed stigmas, and highlight support systems. Through our presentation and discussion, we'll cover common symptoms in ourselves and others, and discuss difficulties of overcoming stigma. We'll delve into the availability of professional help, support groups, and online resources, highlighting the different types of healthcare professionals that can support mental health. This workshop seeks to empower artists with knowledge and tools to nurture their mental well-being and advocate for a more supportive community.
